Material Selection & Testing Analysis

We collaborate with clients during the early project stages to analyze technical requirements and recommend optimal material selections. By leveraging our in-house laboratories combined with accredited third-party testing institutes such as SGS, CTI and UL, we could deliver comprehensive material properties validation tests, and regulatory compliance report such as RoHS/REACH/ELV.

Computer-Aided Design (CAD)

We could provide with material UDB files and other material data to support our customers computer-aided mold flow analysis and design processes. Under special circumstances, we offer dedicated Computer-Aided Design (CAD) services to meet customized project requirements.

Mold Design Consultation

Based on material properties and product structure analysis, we conduct joint technical discussions with clients during the early project stages to provide mold design recommendations and optimize design feasibility
